This article is a concise guide to the essential materials and considerations for L visa holders to enter the United States.
2 Required Entry Materials¶
L1 visa holders
- Latest I-94
- Visa stamp
- Form I-129S with the approval stamp
- Fully vaccinated proof
- Covid negative proof in the last 2 days
Spouses and children of L1 visa holders
- Latest I-94
- L-2 Visa stamp
- Fully vaccinated proof
- Covid negative proof in the last 2 days
For Chinese citizens entering the United States for the first time, if their I-94 is blank, there is no need to carry it. Those who have previously entered the United States can download and print the latest I-94 from the I-94 official website.
2 Considerations¶
In addition to the required documents listed above, it is recommended to keep and carry the materials that were prepared for the visa interview in case they are needed:
- Support letter
- Educational documents
